Nubuck lining is used in organizer and clutch models, and heat-resistant fiberglass lining is used in hair care bags.
Can the products be personalized?
Yes. You can personalize your products with names, license plates, or mottos of your choosing.
Will the articles appear over time?
No. However, due to the delicate nature of the products and their personalized print, they should only be hand washed. Machine washing or tumble drying may damage the print. For long-lasting use, gentle wiping is recommended.
Shipping & Delivery
Which cargo company do you ship with?
All shipments within Turkey are made with HepsiJET .
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and delivered to cargo within 2–4 business days .
This period may vary depending on the intensity of personalization; in such a case, you will be notified.
Do you ship abroad?
For now, we only ship within Türkiye.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments by credit/debit card .
Is there payment at the door?
We do not currently have a payment option at the door.
Can I place a corporate bulk order?
Yes. We offer special pricing and customization solutions for corporate clients.

Returns & Exchanges
What are the return conditions?
Returns are not possible for personalized products .
For unprinted products, you have the right to return them within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

How can I start the return process?
You can send us your return request with your order number via our WhatsApp line or Contact page.
Our team will walk you through the process step by step.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellation requests can be made before orders are processed.
Cancellation/change is not possible for orders that have started production or been shipped.
For personalized products, cancellation is only possible if production has not started.
What should I do if the product is damaged in shipping?
If you notice any damage, tearing or wetting of the package during delivery, we kindly ask you to draw up a damage report with the courier.
If damage is noticed after delivery, please send us photos and your order number within 24 hours . After inspection, a free replacement will be provided.
Gift & Certification
Do you have a gift wrapping service?
Yes. You can request a "gift package" in your order notes.
The gift package is prepared with Livoie card and special packaging , depending on stock availability.
Invoices are not included in the gift package; an e-invoice is sent to your e-mail address.
How to send invoices / e-invoices?
An e-invoice is issued for all orders and sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering.
You can also access the invoice from your customer panel within the framework of our KVKK policy.
